We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands worldwide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world. The majority of all products sold in our store are shipping overseas and shipping times are usually between 2-3 weeks depending on our manufacturer.

How do you ship packages?

Packages are shipped directly from our fulfillment centers located in the US, Mexico, Canada & overseas in the UK and China. Your package will be shipped from which ever fulfillment center is closest to your location, and may vary due to inventory availability. Roughly 80% or more of our products sold are manufactured and packaged from one supplier, and our branded packaging is FSC certified made from 100% recycled materials.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those areas we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.

How long does shipping take?

The delivery time for your order can vary, we offer free Standard shipping and paid Premium express shipping.

Premium Express Shipping:

  • Up to 3-day production

  • DHL as primary carrier

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

Once you receive your tracking number, you can track you order through our shipment & logistics page. Just enter in the tracking number provided and you can track your order 24/7!

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

With our manufacturing centers located more than one country, different products are produced at different locations. For this reason is why we may ship your orders in multiple shipments to ensure your delivery is as quick as possible.

In the event your order is shipped in multiple packages, you will receive different tracking numbers within your order, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
